One of the most unique and iconic groups in K-pop right now, the five shining members of SHINee debuted in May of 2008 with their hugely successful dance track, “Replay (Noona, You’re So Pretty).” Onew (Leader), Jonghyun, Minho, Key, and Taemin continued their quick rise into stardom after releasing their first full-length album, The SHINee World , by winning first place for the first time on a music program with “Love Like Oxygen.”
With every release, they’ve impressed the K-pop world time and time again with their intricate and fast paced choreography with tracks like “Ring, Ding, Dong”, “Lucifer”, and “Sherlock”. They officially debuted in Japan in 2011 with the Japanese version of “Replay”, and have since released four full-length albums in Japan. The members have all participated in many individual activities including movies, dramas, musicals, MCing, and variety shows. Taemin and Jonghyun have both promoted as solo artists, and Key promoted in a project group 2Heart alongside Infinite’s Woohyun.
Including their Japanese legs, they’ve embarked on a total of nine SHINee World tours! This will be the first time SHINee will be holding a solo event stateside. SubKulture Entertainment is a Los Angeles-based live production company with a focus on K-pop events. Previous tours have included the 2015 BTS LIVE TRILOGY in USA ‘Episode II. The Red Bullet’ across four cities and the 2015 Block B US Tour ‘Blockbuster’ across three cities. Another current project includes the 2016 GOT7 1st CONCERT TOUR “FLY IN USA”. SubKulture Entertainment continues to bring K-pop to new audiences throughout the United States.
