KOREAM Journal & AUDREY Magazine Presents 12th Annual Unforgettable Gala

KoreAm Journal and Audrey Magazine’s 12th annual gala, Unforgettable, will take place at the legendary Park Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles on Saturday, December 7, 2013. Along with charity partner, Good Neighbors, and presented by Royal Salute, Unforgettable promises to be one of the premiere entertainment events of the year in the Asian American community.

Audrey Magazine and KoreAm Journal will award three individuals. Audrey Woman of Influence Award will be presented to producer of The Joy Luck Club and Shanghai Calling, Janet Yang, by Tamlyn Tomita. Arts and Entertainment Award will be presented to YouTube artist, David Choi, by Clara C. and Wong Fu Productions. Inspiration Award will be presented to journalist/activist, Jose Antonio Vargas, by Dante Basco.

Featured performers include: Korean American Hip-Hop Artists Tiger JK, Yoon Mirae, and Bizzy, YouTube artists Clara C., Jason Chen and Joseph Vincent, Indie Band Run River North, winner of MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew, Poreotics, and Filipino American R&B group LEGACI.

This event will be hosted by journalist Lisa Ling and comedian Walter Hong. Expected guests include Tamlyn Tomita, Dante Basco, Arden Cho, Tim Jo, Leonardo Nam, Mickey Rourke, Amy Rhee, Phillip Rhee, Pom Klementieff, Angela Park, Lynn Chen, Vivian Bang, Wong Fu Productions, James Kyson, Freddie Wong, Karin Anna Cheung, Michael Kang, David So, Terrence Howard, and many more.

An after party will immediately follow the black-tie gala, providing another chance to celebrate the year with celebrities and VIP guests at the Park Plaza Hotel.
