South Korean boy group, DKB end their tour in Los Angeles, California. Studio PAV join hands with Brave Brothers Entertainment to bring the “2022 DKB Meet & Live Tour” to the States. The 9-member K-POP group perform their last show at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in LA on June 19th, 2022.
The tour consisted of stops in 6 U.S. cities, including New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, and of course, Los Angeles. Before the start of the concert, VVIP and VIP fans had the opportunity to engage with DKB in events such as hi-touch, fansign, and more.
The 2022 DKB Meet & Live Tour in LA
The concert started off with a video introducing the members and the tour. The video went through their most recent title track “Sober” back to their debut. The nine members stood before their fans, BB’s, and performed their debut song, “Sorry Mama”. After their powerful opening act, they then took a break to really introduce themselves and thank the fans for coming to their last stop of the show. It was then time to jump into their hit tracks, “Still” and “All In”.
The group was definitely hyped to be in LA as they talked about the energy in the room from fans; which was perfect as this stop was the one they decided to record.
As the members took turns changing outfits, they talked to fans about what they did since coming to LA the day before. LA means “Last Adrenaline” according to member Junseo; which caused the members to have him show some acrobatics on stage. This created a chain reaction and a chance on stage for all of them to show off some moves.
The members also mentioned shopping at the Supreme store, eating BCD in K-Town, Uber-ing and walking down the streets of LA. Unfortunately, Teo didn’t realize the distance and decided to walk almost 2 hours instead of taking a taxi like his members. DKB also mentioned that the streets of LA are beautiful which fans replied jokingly disagreeing with him. The members responded with that they may have been blinded with the beauty of their fans BBs.
Special Unit Stages
The group prepared special unit stages. The older members, the hyung line, prepared “Take Care”, while the younger members changed. Another unit stage consisted of them performing “Samsung”, and a dance performance.
While talking with BBs, Yuku made sure to mention that his friend from high school is attending. E-chan also mentions that his friend is there; making everyone curious as to who, he warms their heart by saying it is BBs.
Throughout the rest of the concert, the boy group performed hit tracks such as, “Tell Me Tell Me”, “Rollercoaster” and “Work Hard”.
After a very long-tearful goodbye, the group ended the night with a remix of their latest track “Sober”. It didn’t just end with a remix but Teo made sure to give LA an even more memorable night by ripping off his shirt and performing more than half the song shirtless; which he did not do at other stops, apparently.
