With the recent release of her single “Sick”, AleXa is back on tour to show the world her new songs. AleXa’s tours are always special to the LA crowd as we saw on April 7th, 2024 at the Teragram Ballroom.
HEAVEN
With “heaven” and “hell” as two concepts of the concert, it shows the duality of AleXa’s talent. The concert was thrilling as AleXa opened the concert with three high-energy songs. She started with “Wonderland,” before “Back in Vogue,” and “Xtra”. This set the tone for an amazing evening as the venue erupted with excitement.
AleXa’s charisma extends beyond her passionate live performances. She struck up a conversation with the crowd right away, joking about how cold it is in California when she’s been on warmer tour dates. AleXa’s professionalism was evident even though she had to take breaks to use her inhaler due to asthma, making sure that everyone had a smooth and safe experience.
The intimate setting allowed AleXa to engage closely with her fans, even covering “I’m Just a Girl” by No Doubt. Between songs, she shared anecdotes and offered heartfelt advice to fans who submitted questions, showcasing her genuine care for her fans. She continued to performed some of her catchy tracks such as “Endorphin” and “Juliet“.
AleXa’s interaction with a fan who proudly displayed 64 tattoos stands out in particular. AleXa joked that they should meet after the concert to avoid unwelcome publicity. Her sincere conversations and lighthearted banter further attracted her to the audience and generated a spirit of unity.
Of course she had to perform her latest single, “Sick” which excited her fans as this was their first time seeing it live.
HELL
AleXa and her dancers gave a high-octane performance for the 2nd half of the show. It included the unreleased song “Distraction,” which is dedicated to overcoming heartache, as the concert moved into its “hell” portion. AleXa’s enthusiasm shone through despite her physical restrictions as she smashed through songs like “Villain” and “Revolution,” leaving the audience speechless.
AleXa gave her everything to every performance! Even in spite of her asthmatic challenges and the strain to live up to the expectations of a major metropolis like LA. Always giving teasers for her new tracks, her encore also included an unreleased song. AleXa left the audience wanting more and cemented her place as a rising star in the world of music.
AleXa’s concert was much more than a performance as the last sounds drifted away. It was an illustration of her talent, tenacity, and unwavering bond with her fans. AleXa demonstrated once more in the center of Los Angeles that she is a formidable force in the K-pop industry and beyond.
