Korean-American singer, songwriter and composer, eaJ, has released his highly anticipated first single as a solo artist. Released with Soka Talent Group, home to artists like keshi and BoyWithUke; eaJ first performed “Car Crash” on the main stage at 88 Risings Head In The Clouds Festival. Before the start of his solo career, he took to the most well-known main stage for Asian American music. Now, eaJ has moved back to his hometown of California and is ready for this new journey to begin with the release of “Car Crash.”

Being in the works for a long time, ““Car Crash” wasn’t written with the purpose of breaking off solo” eaJ says. He elaborates “It was because I needed a festival song for Head In The Clouds. It went from being just a song to jump and have fun with the crowd on stage, to becoming my first ever real release“.
If you went to 88 Risings Head in the clouds, you saw th e love and dedication radiating from his fans. Despite being his first public performance in 2 years, this was all the proof eaJ needed to make this his first release. “There’s been so much that’s happened in my life the past few years, but the fans have really stayed strong and stuck by my side. I couldn’t believe it, “Car Crash” received a ton of pre-saves and we were trending worldwide, the support has been so strong. It means a lot to me. I think it’s important that my fans and I take a dive with this song and keep pushing forward together” eaJ says of the bond with his fans.
The music video is produced by premier lifestyle gaming brand 100 Thieves. The music video for “Car Crash” stars 100 Thieves Co-Owner Rachell “Valkyrae” Hofstetter; along with 100 Thieves Creators and Twitch Streamers Kyedae and Will Neff.

Park Jae-hyung (Korean: 박제형), better known as Jae, is an American musician, singer, songwriter, and composer of Korean descent. He is best known as a former vocalist and lead guitarist of South Korean rock band Day6. Born in Buenos Aires and raised in Cerritos, California, Park first drew industry attention online as a YouTube cover artist. Also, in his first year at Cal State Long Beach, prior to joining Day6, he was scouted to join the competition show K-pop Star and went on to sign with the top-three label JYP. In 2020, Park unofficially began releasing solo music under the name eaJ.
Over the past 2 years, eaJ has been releasing solo music to his own YouTube Channel and Soundcloud. He has also collaborated with artists all over the globe. Garnering millions upon millions of views, he’s collaborated with artists such as MAX, Rich Brian, keshi, Seori, DPR Live, and more.
