South Korean boy group, ENHYPEN, make their return to Los Angeles with the first stadium stop. On Friday, October 6th, 2023, the BELIFT LAB group held their concert FATE at the Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, California. With a full house, ENHYPEN were able to proudly showcase their love for music and their fans.
Through their last tour, ENHYPEN took over the Honda Center in Anaheim. So when they announced an even bigger venue for this stop, fans knew it was going to be a show to remember.
ENHYPEN Begin Stadium Show
The popular boy group begin their show with “Drunk-Dazed”. The dynamic performance set the tone for an evening of fascinating music, breathtaking sights, and priceless experiences. The show’s opening part had several spellbinding performances, such as “Let me in,” “Flicker,” and “Fever.” The dance break and the spectacular performance of “Blockbuster” raised the tempo in the stadium to a new level. The performance of “Future Perfect” and “Blessed Cursed” is followed by a visually beautiful VCR, sending the audience on a visual trip. Scenes of the members reading, drawing, and having tea were shown after they were shown staring towards a bright light.
ENHYPEN stunned the crowd with an outfit change before beginning “Attention Please”. Jay’s frantic guitar playing, during which he eventually flung his instrument into the audience, was a highlight. The members then started a cheering contest and used their light sticks to divide the crowd into three groups according to three different colors. This followed with half of the group running backstage to retrieve a gift from Jay, a wonderful surprise was in store.
Special Performances
Four members of Enhypen performed “TFW” as a special performance, with meadow and Jay providing a particular touch with his guitar. During “Just a Little Bit,” Heeseung shows off his piano abilities, the stadium was illuminated by the light from the crowd’s flashlights. For “10 Months,” “Polaroid Love,” and “Shout Out,” the entire ensemble joined in, fostering a close-knit interaction with fans all throughout the stadium. During “Polaroid Love”, it had to be extra special. If you thought it wasn’t possible to run through a stadium during a concert, Enhypen definitely changed your mind. Running through the stadium floor, they even give high fives to fans they could get to; they definitely must have been tired.
Following yet another costume change, ENHYPEN performed “Chaconne,” “Bills,” and “Sacrifice” for a stirring grand finale. With their expert choreography and command of the stage, the ensemble astounded the audience and left them in amazement. ENHYPEN sang “Bite Me” after saying their final, heartfelt goodbyes as the evening came to a close. A reluctant audience was given encore performances of “One in a Billion” and “Karma.”
The Enhypen members thanked their fans for making the night memorable in their last MENT. Cheers from the crowd filled the stadium as ENHYPEN’s US stadium tour got off to a good start.
