South Korean girl group, EVERGLOW made their return to Los Angeles on November 22nd, 2023. This time, they are embarking on their very own tour ALL MY GIRLS. In March, 4 years ago, the girls were already set hold their own tour when the pandemic hit. Fortunately they were able to great fans earlier this year at KCON LA 2023 but now they are finally back with their own concert!
EVERGLOW BACK IN LA
The concert began with the track “First”, followed by their newest single “Slay”. After performing “Player”, the girl group took a break to introduce themselves and let LA know they were so happy to be there.
When the group hit the stage to sing the upbeat “No Lie,” the atmosphere went electric as they grabbed the audience with their energy. Then EVERGLOW glow treated the audience to the heart-pounding rhythms of “Pirate,” a definite fan favorite. Cheers broke out when the group’s hit song “DUN DUN” came on, and the audience began to cheer more to the timeless choreography. With “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell,” EVERGLOW showed off their adaptability and adjusted the tone subtly while mesmerizing the audience. The performance of “Don’t Speak,” which left a lasting impression, brought them to the next part of the concert.
When EVERGLOW slowed things down and asked the crowd to sit for the performances of “Hush” and “Oh Ma Ma God,” the event took an unusual turn. The energy in the crowd remained despite the slower pace. Special stages took place however sadly, Aisha was unable to take part because of an injury. The group persisted in spite of this setback, demonstrating their flexibility and dedication to giving a fantastic performance.
Fans who couldn’t get enough of EVERGLOW’s dances were treated to a K-pop dance medley following the covers. The group then led the audience in a dance-along, showing them the famous “Dun Dun” choreography and inviting them to join in on the chorus.
EVERGLOW Change it Up
EVERGLOW introduced “Moon,” changing the mood once again and bringing out chairs for a captivating dance performance. The members’ captivated the audience as they expertly combined grace and elegance. EVERGLOW warned the audience that the concert was soon finished and asked about the time. To the disbelief of the audience, the group said they would begin with “First” in a lighthearted manner. Instead, they promised a previously unheard song named “Company” as a special treat for their loyal fans.
Fans excitedly joined in for “LA DI DA,” where the members started a sing-along challenge that resulted in a recording that will be shared on social media. After that, the group performed tracks “LA DI DA,” “Company,” and “Adios” before heading off stage.
ENCORE
The fun persisted as EVERGLOW came back out for their encore, putting on tour shirts and performing “Back Together.” The members said their goodbyes, which they conveyed their appreciation and feelings while remembering the difficulties they encountered in 2020 as a result of the COVID epidemic. This had forced them to postpone their tour which was actually Los Angeles.
In their closing words, the members thanked each other for completing the tour healthily. They also extended their gratitude to the dedicated staff who made it all possible. Onda left a lasting impression, saying, “Thank you for being a part of this chapter of my book, which is called My Life.”
The iconic “Bon Bon Chocolat” was next, in which the artists tossed autographed balls into the audience. Regretting that it was their final show of the tour, they promised to make it unforgettable with further surprises, such a second performance of “LA DI DA.”
The tour is over this time but make sure to catch them the next time they are on tour!
