Hello! Learning Korean is a big challenge for me but I’m eager to learn. There are many reasons why I want to learn Korean. First, for me to communicate well with my Korean friends and of course with my favorite K-pop idols through various SNS like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and most especially through their Fancafé, which I never dare to register coz I can’t read Hangeul. Second, for me not to search anymore for the translations of the K-pop songs. I am fond of memorizing the lyrics but I can’t understand them. Third, for me to understand the Korean shows and K-Dramas I am watching without the help of subtitles. People like me who can’t understand Korean tend to wait for subtitles to which some of them takes longer time coz we all know subbers are busy most of the time. Fourth, for me travel safely and not be lost with directions when I go to South Korea someday. Through Elementary Korean, I can learn the language well and make these reasons possible. And who knows, I might be a translator one day?! ㅋㅋㅋ 🙂
I want to learn Korean so I can communicate better with my friends in Korea. Also I would like to know more so when I am visiting Korea I can get around and not get lost.
I want to learn Korean because I started watching Korean dramas and listening to kpop ever since I was little. I don’t have any other dream besides going to Korea, not even a dream job. But my problem is how can I communicate with Korean people without even knowing the language? That’s why I want to learn Korean. Because it’s my dream.
