GSoul Drops New Single, “Need You (Outro)”

South Korean R&B artist, GSoul, unleashes his newest single, “Need You (Outro)”. This single was also accompanied by a lyric video.

Not long ago, GSoul released his first ever, all-English EP entitled, “Natural” and this new tracks serves as an extension of it. Warner Music Korea released the track via all streaming platforms so be sure to check it out.

GSoul Gets A Shoutout

BTS’s very own maknae, Jungkook has been promoting various music and artists through his official Instagram account. He recently gave a shoutout to Jeremy Passion (& Melissa Polinar) who HypnoticAsia has been supporting since way back in the day! Also, Justin Park. These were through his IG Story which you can see as a highlight. But for GSoul, he covered his track and uploaded to his profile.

On February 3rd, Jungkook covered “Hate Everything” by GSoul (Golden). Then last week, GSoul covered Jungkook’s “Still With You” which is getting millions of likes and views on Instagram. Since creating their own accounts, the BTS members have been learning about all the ways to use the platform. BTS’s Jungkook recently gained attention for using his account to promote other musicians giving shout outs and it’s apparent that Jungkook has amazing taste in music. GSoul is a renowned singer mostly recognized for his contributions in the Korean R&B genre and just announced last week that he will be touring in Europe with a show in London and Paris next month with Korean artists OCEANFROMTHEBLUE and Woogie.

Return To The Music Scene

After GSoul returned from military service towards the end of 2019, GSoul was looking to make a comeback in the music scene. To start off his return to the industry, he released an EP called “Hate Everything” on December 11th, 2019. To date, the album has surpassed over 20 million streams overall and strongly holds an average of 1.1 million monthly streams solely on Spotify. In the summer of 2020, he surprised and impressed all the coaches of “The Voice” Korea by auditioning under his real name Kim Ji Hyun.
