SubKulture Entertainment held their second US tour with 7-member boy group Block B, after their successful tour with BTS!
Despite Los Angeles being their last concert stop of their US tour, the group was still energetic and hyped on stage. They opened up with their track “Very Good” after getting through the delay of technical difficulties where the screen on stage started tilting to one side. Unfortunately, Jaehyo wasn’t able to participate in any of the dances due to an injury and was replaced with a dancer as he sat on the side of the stage. Block B then surprised fans by going straight into their debut song “Fever” before taking a break and talking to fans. Impressively, their talk consisted mostly of English without the help of a translator, to the delight of all the LA fans there.
Block B went on to perform their tracks “Halo”, “Wanna B”, and “Romantically” (with the addition of roses that they gifted a few lucky fans). The group also had tracks that features only a few members so subunit Bastarz performed two of their singles “Conduct Zero” and “Charlie Chaplin”; followed by a special rap performance by Park Kyung, PO, and Zico with the track “No Joke”. Zico was able to perform one of his solos “Okey Dokey” from MNET’s Show Me The Money 4 which was originally performed with Song Mino of Winner. Zico’s performance was made even more special as he’d just won for his newest single “Boys and Girls” on SBS Inkigayo.
They ended the show with the song “Be The Light” which is very dear to fans before coming out for many encores including “Very Good” , “Nanrina” and “Movie’s Over” which was a perfect ending as their theme was Villains vs. Heroes from movies we all know and love.
