7-Member boy group, BTS, made their last stop of the 2015 BTS Live Trilogy in USA ‘Episode II. The Red Bullet’on July 26, 2015. The group held a successful sold out show which had fans waiting in line since 4AM, some even sleeping on the sidewalk in Downtown, Los Angeles to ensure their front row spots in pit.
At approximately 7:15pm, the concert began with a unique and polite reminder to enjoy the concert and to not take pictures at this event. The VCR was already exciting and had fans laughing before they actually started. It was a smart and nice way of asking fans and I believe many concerts should start listing their rules in this form.
The official concert began with the intro VCR and then soon after the boys were out to perform their hit songs as well as, others that were exclusively for the concert. BTS opened the concert with their song “N.O” which had fans singing and doing fan chants from the beginning. They went on to perform “We Are Bulletproof Pt.2” and “We On” which fans continually sang all the lyrics too. LA ARMYS could hold a concert on their own since they sounded awesome.
The members all introduced themselves in English and spoke with fans while communicating in English. They seemed to have really practiced before the tour and while being on tour. Their English was impressive and fun. After speaking with fans and introducing themselves, they went on to perform many more of their tracks like “War Of Hormone,” “Danger,” “No More Dream” and even their sweet track “Just One Day.”
The boys left the stage but after the chants of the fans screaming for more from BTS, they returned to the stage and performed some more tracks for their encore, including their recently promoted track “Dope.” As the members ended their concert with their goodbyes and thanks to the Los Angeles fans, the song “I Need U” was playing in the background. The members of BTS began leaving the stage one by one and LA ARMYS continued singing the song to them instead, even as the audio was turned off midway the fans were determined to finish the song for the members
After the concert was over, fans lingered for the ending video and again, started singing “I Need U.” Then some left the venue with smiles on their faces and others stayed for the promised Hi-Touch event with the boys.
SubKulture Entertainment did a fantastic job controlling the crowd, making sure everything went smoothly and took care of not only the members of BTS but the fans as well. The concert tour ended in Los Angeles successfully!
BTS are amazing performers, SubKulture Entertainment are a fantastic production company and ARMYS in LA are a great crowd!
