Who Is Kega?

kega Is a 19-year old artist who was born and raised in Hong Kong and his real name is Parco Lee. The young artist is now based in Illinois where he is focusing on music. It has been revealed that kega began his music journey after experiencing love and heartbreak. Despite not coming from a musical family, he was exposed to a variety of instruments as a child. Although, it wasn’t until he discovered the therapeutic power of music that he found his true passion. So, he went on to discover his love of music through songwriting and singing. Now he strives to use his platform to spark conversations on societal issues and topics such as inclusivity, self-acceptance, and mental health. His music style started as mainly hip-hop but then became a unique mix of hyper-pop, emo-rap, and pop-punk elements.

His single, “Hell Sound”, is an alt-pop track. HALSUG reveals that the independent artist relays his struggle of finding true love as he reaches the age of 20. Kega realizes that life isn’t the only thing holding him back, but his own mindset and worries about what his future holds.
