LaCoca, the hip-hop/entrepreneur group based out of Singapore and Thailand, today releases the teaser of their anticipated new music video and song titled “It’s Time Now!” on LaCocaTv Channel on Youtube.
The high-budgeted music video, inspired from a popular Hollywood movie, costs an estimated S$35,000-$40,000 to produce, making it one of the most expensive hip-hop music videos to be produced by an independent Southeast Asian artiste.
Who is LaCoca?
LaCoca is made up of two Singaporean rap artistes – Andy Gus and Ray Valentine – who have been active in the regional hip-hop scene since the late 90s, representing different groups and performing in well-known shows such as MTV Asia, opening act for Far East Movement as well as international shows in New York, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand.
This driven duo first formed LaCoca Entertainment in 2016, thereafter developing to the present LaCoca Group Co. with an immersive vision and “motivating others via music” philosophy; to expand their entrepreneurial ambition with a range of premium clothing and jewellery line, even extending to explore the digital metaverse with their digital assets gallery; while staying focused to their musical roots.

It’s Time Now! is curated, produced, composed and wrote by Andy & Ray, aspiring to motivate and inspire lives especially the younger generations on a daily aspect; with this focused purpose easily reaching out to a global audience in many forms of daily struggles, sporting competitions and uplifting moments.
The release of It’s Time Now! is carefully planned to line up with the release of LaCoca’s new merchandise collection “Campeon Collection” celebrating Champions and Athletes for their dedication and discipline towards achieving Greatness & Success.
It’s Time Now! is also aligned with the upcoming World Cup 2022 which is held for the first time in November-December in Doha, Qatar.
