3-Member South Korean boy group, M.O.N.T, went on their first U.S. tour and hit up cities like Dallas, Atlanta, New York, Chicago, and Pomona (Los Angeles).
On March 31st, Narachan, Bitsaeon and Roda joined ATLOCAL for their tour around the United States and performed for fans at The Glass House located in Pomona, California. Fans (better known as MINT) lined up outside the venue early in the day and made banners, stickers, tattoos and buttons to give out to fellow MINTS so they could all support the boys together.
Those with VVIP/VIP were able to meet the boys before the show as they had a hi-touch event and group photos. The boys interacted with each and every fan which gave them the special fan experience they desired.
Soon, everyone was in the venue thanks to ATLOCAL being organized and on-time with their event. The venue was a great choice as everyone there was able to see the concert perfectly from any spot.
When the concert began, the three (3) members came on stage to perform their set list which included covers, originals and solos. They covered songs like Winner’s “Really Really” and “Million”, BTS’s “Go Go” and “Idol”, Pentagon’s “Shine” and more. They were all ready to showcase their own style and sound through their solo stages – Narachan focusing on dance, Roda focusing on rap while Bitsaeon showcased his amazing vocals with “You Raise Me Up”. They even gave a fun performance of “Single Ladies” but of course, it was the Alvin & The Chipmunks version.
Fans were also able to hear their original tracks “Sorry” and “Will You Be My Girlfriend?”! As usual, girl group covers were also included as they danced to Momoland and Blackpink tracks. Not only that, but MINT were able to hear covers of some Bruno Mars and Justin Bieber tracks. The boys had a full concert of fun and answered some interactive questions in the middle of their set that were given by fans.
After the concert, those fans who bought selcas (selfies) with the members were able to meet and interact with the boys one-on-one. This time also included an album fan sign for those who bought VIP tickets. The members were comfortable speaking to their American fans and we’ll tell you right now, no fan left unhappy. Everyone got some type of fan service with the boys being sure to engage their fans in conversation as they signed. This was one of the best concerts we have covered in a long time; we were able to see the interaction between fans and artist.
HypnoticAsia enjoyed seeing M.O.N.T and MINT interact and we hope to see these boys do more shows in the United States! Who’s ready for their 2nd album?
