TVXQ’s forest has been planted!
Tree Planet, a social venture group that strives to solve environmental issues with public participation, reported on December 16 that it held an opening ceremony for TVXQ’s forest.
he funds for the establishment of the forest were collected through the official website for TVXQ’s forest since September. It records the highest participation from foreign fans, reflecting the group’s popularity worldwide. A total of 1,600 fans participated from Korea, Japan, South East Asia, Peru and more.
The fund was used to plant around 1,200 trees of various kinds in the forest located in Yeouido, Seoul.
